AI Transparency

I don't write this code and these texts alone. For a while now I've been working closely with AI language models – currently mostly Claude by Anthropic – both for programming and for writing text. To me it feels like a mind expander: ideas I could previously only sketch out roughly, I can now actually think through and build. The Text Cleaner here is a good example – both the code and the website copy were created in close collaboration with Claude, and I've read, understood, and approved every line myself. I think that deserves to be said openly rather than hidden.

That's actually where the idea for the Text Cleaner itself came from: even text created with AI or LLMs should be free – free of invisible markers, hidden watermarks, secret traces in the text. I fundamentally don't think secrecy in text is okay, no matter whether it comes from a person or an AI. That's why I want to be able to free text from such things, rather than hide or stay quiet about them. There's no legal requirement for this kind of openness for a private project like this one, as far as I can tell – this is simply my own, voluntary stance.
